SunSteel provided turnkey supply/install services for this replacement building for IKEA in Renton. Deacon Construction awarded the 1,700 ton contract to SunSteel in 2015. Being built on the same footprint as the old garage, Deacon first had to demolish the garage and then perform complex compaction and piling to reinforce the existing soils.
