Project Rose represents a colossal endeavor for SunSteel, marking their most extensive project to date. Brought on by Layton Construction Company, SunSteel undertook the challenge of fabricating and erecting the fast-track steel package for this sprawling distribution hub, occupying a staggering 2,400,000 square feet in Spokane, WA. The project involved the installation of 20,773 tons of structural steel, alongside 1,754 tons of steel joists and metal deck. The crane operation extended over 16 weeks to achieve the completion of the structural steel installation.
