YVR expanded their domestic terminal at a cost of $213M. This was the first major expansion of YVR’s 10-year gateway strategy announced in 2012. SunSteel fabricated approximately 3,000 tons of steel for this project including almost 100 complex and heavy cruciform columns. Also included was multiple paint systems, all applied in our AISC endorsed paint shop.
